This address does not accept product returns. Customer service must authorize a return and provide its destination before an item is sent back.

Placing a purchase
Customers are charged when an order is placed. Dispatch follows the period shown on the relevant product page or in our shipping policies. If an order cannot ship within 24 hours, the payment is held as a deposit against the goods until shipment.
Not every submitted order can be accepted. Wovett may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion and for any reason. Examples include product or pricing errors, quantity restrictions, fraud or credit-review concerns, and an inability to verify required information. We may request further verification or details before acceptance.
We contact you if more information is needed or all or part of the order is canceled. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the corresponding amount is refunded or credited to the original payment method.
Units, dealers, and quotations
Purchase limits may apply per person, household, account, or order, including purchases associated with the same payment account, email, billing address, or shipping address. When a limit applies, notice may be sent to the customer email and/or billing contact details. Wovett reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. Contact our team for corporate, institutional, or other multi-unit purchases.
A quotation remains valid until its stated expiry date, but quoted pricing may change without notice for changes in specifications, quantity, designs, or delivery schedules; material, supply, or labor costs; foreign or domestic legal requirements; or a clerical error.
Prices and product information
We work to keep listings accurate, but errors in price, product details, or typing can occur. A product's price cannot be confirmed until after an order is placed. If incorrect information or a pricing error affects a listing, Wovett may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Descriptions and other site content are not warranted to be complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If a purchased product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused under the applicable return policy.
We aim to show colors and finishes accurately, but their appearance depends on the monitor, screen settings, and device. We cannot guarantee that a displayed color or finish exactly matches the physical item.
Risk, warranties, and liability
The website and its information, content, materials, merchandise, and products are supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wovett makes no express or implied representation or warranty about the site's operation or its contents. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, including warranties relating to merchandise offered through the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wovett and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and suppliers are not liable under a theory of law or equity, including contract, tort, or strict liability, for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. In any event, Wovett's liability does not exceed the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wovett and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and partners against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from misuse of the site or breach of these terms. Your obligations regarding claims resulting from submitted content are explained in Sharing Reviews and Other Content.
Governing rules and disputes
For customers in the United Kingdom or European Union member states, the agreement is governed and interpreted under United Kingdom law. For customers elsewhere, it is governed and interpreted under Hong Kong law as applied to agreements entered into and performed there.
Disputes, claims, actions, proceedings, or controversies arising from or relating to these terms or use of the site are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong. Proceedings must be individual and may not be joined, combined, or consolidated with claims or disputes involving other parties.
Accounts and age requirements
Protect your account credentials and restrict access to the computer, phone, or other device used to access the site. You accept responsibility for all activity under your account or password.
Anyone under 16 may use Wovett only with a parent or legal guardian's involvement and consent. Wovett may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Separate age and supervision requirements apply to content submissions.
Permitted website access
Wovett grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial access and use. Apart from ordinary browser page caching, you need express written permission to download, alter, modify, reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit the site or any portion of it.

Unauthorized use immediately terminates the license or permission granted.
You have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to link to the Wovett homepage, provided the link does not depict Wovett, its affiliates, products, or services falsely, misleadingly, derogatorily, or offensively. A logo, graphic, trademark, or other brand element may not be included in the link without written permission.
If you email a cart, save or share a cart, or receive one saved by our staff, follow-up cart emails may be sent. Unsubscribe using the instructions in those messages.
Intellectual property
Site materials, the compilation and arrangement of content, and associated software are protected intellectual property. Ownership, brand-use restrictions, and the process for a rights complaint are set out in Reporting Content or Brand-Rights Concerns. Reviews and other submissions are governed by Sharing Reviews and Other Content.
Revisions and continuing effect
Wovett may revise or update these terms without advance notice. Continuing to use the website after a revision means you unconditionally accept and are bound by the updated terms. Review them whenever you use the site.
