Help Center

Purchase Protection at a Glance

Keep the delivery record and inspect each item carefully before assembly. These steps help you use the protection available with your Wovett purchase.

The protection framework

Our customer protection plan includes a 14-day DOA guarantee for items arriving damaged, a 30-day return window for general dissatisfaction, up to 180 days of warranty coverage on eligible items, and continuing support from customer care. Warranty coverage depends on item eligibility.

When to report an arrival problem

The damage, incorrect-item, and missing-parts procedures require you to contact us within seven days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier. Report an arrival issue within that seven-day period even though the protection plan also describes a 14-day DOA guarantee. Keep the packaging and provide the evidence outlined in Report a Product or Packing Problem.

When to request a preference-based return

For a change of mind or general dissatisfaction unrelated to quality, contact us within 30 days of the individual item's carrier-recorded delivery date. Eligibility, item condition, and return costs are explained in Check Whether an Item Can Be Returned and Prepare a Change-of-Mind Return.

If a reporting window has passed

Late requests may have fewer available solutions. The standard return policy does not accept ordinary returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery, but you can still ask us to review an issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer advice, replacement parts, or another conditional solution.

Start with support

Contact support@wovett.com or use live chat for protection, warranty, refund, or replacement assistance. Obtain instructions before returning an item or arranging a repair.

Business and Multi-Piece Purchases

Planning furniture for a business, an institution, or a project with several units? Wovett can review bulk purchases, commercial sourcing requests, and multi-unit orders for wholesale pricing or a tailored quotation.

Request a review

Use the live chat icon at wovett.com or email support@wovett.com to reach the team. After reviewing your request, we will let you know whether a higher discount or a project-specific quote is available. Business and institutional buyers should contact the team about multiple-quantity purchases.

Reading a quotation

A quote is valid through the expiry date stated in it. Quoted pricing may nevertheless change without notice when specifications, quantities, designs, or delivery schedules change; when material, supply, or labor costs change; when foreign or domestic legal requirements change; or when a clerical error is identified.

Quantity restrictions

Wovett may limit units purchased by a person, household, account, or order. Orders sharing a payment account, email, billing address, or delivery address may be subject to the same limits. When a limit is applied, notice may be sent using the customer email and/or billing details supplied with the order. Wovett also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.

A request for wholesale support does not itself confirm an additional discount. The available pricing is determined through the review of your purchase.

Find Your Next Piece

Find Your Next Piece

A home needs furniture that works for everyday life as well as its surroundings. At wovett.com, our focus is comfortable, functional, thoughtfully designed furniture at accessible prices. Our global furniture platform brings together pieces for different spaces, styles, and needs.

Explore what is new

Choose New In from the homepage to browse recent additions. We regularly update the collection in response to design trends, emerging styles, and customer preferences.

The route from maker to home

Wovett works directly with manufacturers rather than adding the layers of distributors and intermediaries often found in conventional furniture retail. Our established supplier network in Asia and integrated cross-border supply chain support direct factory-to-customer shipments, including deliveries to homes in the United States.

This approach reduces intermediary markups and inventory-storage and warehousing costs. We pass those savings on through factory-direct pricing, making distinctive furniture and quality craftsmanship more accessible than many traditional local retail options.

How quality is checked

We select manufacturing partners that meet strict production and quality requirements. Our quality-control process follows five stages: supplier assessment, inspection before production, testing of raw materials, spot-checks of finished products, and follow-up after purchase. Together, these steps support consistent standards before furniture leaves the factory and help us monitor the experience afterward.

Protection beyond the factory

Our enhanced furniture packaging is designed to reduce damage in transit, with additional protection for large and fragile pieces. We also maintain long-term logistics relationships with providers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to support international delivery.

Our factory-direct shipping overview describes a typical delivery range of two to four weeks. Delivery planning should also take account of the destination-specific estimates, the service offered at checkout, and the separate preparation period explained in Delivery Times by Destination.

Help with your purchase

Clear refund and replacement arrangements support quality-related concerns, and our customer care team provides ongoing assistance. Live chat is available 24/7; you can also email support@wovett.com. For a return, replacement, or another after-sales request, contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the appropriate instructions.

Who operates Wovett

The website wovett.com is operated by NIUYAO LIMITED.

Company address:
UNIT 1406A, 14/F, THE BELGIAN BANK BUILDING, NOS. 721 - 725 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK HONG KONG

This company address does not accept returns. Please obtain return authorization and the correct destination from customer service.

Understand Your Checkout Total

Review the full checkout amount before paying. Your total brings together the item price, the shipping charge displayed for your order, and any optional services you select.

Charges to look for

A remote-area surcharge may be displayed before checkout is completed if the delivery location requires it. Shipping Insurance, when offered, is optional; adding it increases the total in exchange for additional transit protection.

Wovett covers customs taxes for your order. You do not need to pay unexpected customs duties under this policy.

Delivery choices can vary by item

The available service depends on the product, its packaging, and transportation restrictions. Some items qualify only for Standard Shipping. If Expedited Express is not displayed at checkout, it is unavailable for that item. The delivery option shown and selected during checkout applies to your order.

Excluded destinations

We currently do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Separate parcels

An order divided into multiple shipments does not attract an extra shipping charge simply because it is split. See Following an Order with One or More Parcels for how notifications and tracking work.

Before completing payment

If a charge or service is unclear, ask us through live chat or support@wovett.com before placing the order.

Offers, Codes, and Price Changes

The price shown at checkout on the day you order is the price for that purchase. Wovett does not refund a price difference when an item was bought before a promotion began or outside its promotional period.

Choosing an offer

Only one coupon code, offer, or discount may be applied to an order at a time. If several offers are available, compare their value for the current purchase and keep the others for a later order where appropriate.

When a code does not change the price

Start with the promotion's expiry date and minimum purchase requirement. A code will not apply if it has expired or the order does not qualify.

Also check the price used for the discount calculation. A promotion may calculate the discount from the original price rather than the sale price currently displayed. If the existing item discount is already greater than the coupon's value, the final total may change very little or not at all.

Promotional changes

Prices can vary across seasonal campaigns, limited-time events, and other promotions. Wovett may update or change promotions at any time. Prices and availability can also change without notice, and pricing errors are handled under Website Use and Purchase Terms.

If the code still fails after these checks, contact support@wovett.com or use live chat for assistance.

Payment Options and Declined Transactions

If checkout rejects a payment, first compare the details you entered with the information held by your card issuer: cardholder name, card number, expiry date, billing address, and security code.

If those details are correct, the issuer may have declined the transaction. Contact your bank to find out why. You can also try another payment method or PayPal. If the problem continues, use live chat or email support@wovett.com.

Ways to pay

Wovett accepts PayPal and credit/debit card payments. Recognized options include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, together with express checkout services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additional methods may be introduced as they become available; the options shown at checkout identify what you can use for your purchase.

Our payment-service arrangements also include Klarna for checkout payment options. Information about its installment services is provided through the relevant service information. See Personal Information and Privacy Choices for how support providers handle data.

If the transaction needs review

Some payments require an additional authorization check before the order can proceed. Read Payment Review and Safe Shopping for the verification process and how to recognize unsafe requests.

Payment Review and Safe Shopping

An additional payment check is intended to confirm that the person placing an order is authorized to use the payment method. It protects customers and Wovett against unauthorized transactions.

Responding to a review

If your order needs verification, check your email for the request and respond with the documents requested for that review. Information supplied for verification is handled carefully. Ask support@wovett.com or live chat if you have questions about the request.

Protect sensitive information

Email may be unencrypted and is not a secure way to send card information. Wovett will never ask you by email for your password, credit card information, or similar sensitive details. An email seeking those details should not receive a reply, even if it appears to come from us. Although we may ask for your name, phishing messages can imitate a legitimate business to obtain other information.

How checkout is protected

SSL/TLS encryption protects the connection between your browser and our servers when personal or sensitive information is collected. This technology is widely used by financial institutions and online services and helps protect payment and personal information in transit.

We work with established payment providers operating encrypted payment environments. Transaction monitoring, risk screening, and fraud-detection tools help identify suspicious activity. An unusual order may be held for additional verification before processing.

Our privacy commitment

We do not sell personal information. We collect information needed to handle orders, provide support, and improve the shopping experience, as well as for the purposes described in Personal Information and Privacy Choices. That policy explains when information may be shared with service providers and other authorized recipients.

If you notice unexpected activity, notify Wovett and your bank or card issuer immediately. Help with account or order security is available through live chat and support@wovett.com.

From Payment to Dispatch

Payment confirmation and shipment confirmation mark different steps. An order does not leave the warehouse immediately after it is placed.

What Processing means

The purchase has been received and payment confirmed, and the order is being prepared internally. Preparation can include verifying payment and order information, checking the delivery details, sorting the selected items, performing quality and functionality checks, and packing the goods.

Standard preparation takes 7-10 business days. The period starts only once payment is complete and the order passes verification. We send a confirmation email when payment is received.

Additional preparation

Handmade, hand-painted, and customized items may need an additional 7-10 days for production. Where applicable, this is usually noted in the product description.

Changes to an item, style, size, color, or delivery address before dispatch restart the processing period when the revised details are fully confirmed. Major public holidays, including Chinese and local holiday periods, can also extend preparation. We try to notify customers in advance where possible and send an email if processing takes longer than expected.

What Shipping means

The parcel has left the preparation center and is traveling with the carrier. Tracking becomes available when the carrier activates the number, but a scan or system update may take time to appear.

The whole journey

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

The preparation period is separate from transportation. Transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method offered for the product. Use Delivery Times by Destination for the service ranges, and open My Account > Orders > Track Order Details to check your current status.

Order Emails and Confirmation Checks

Your account can help confirm that an order exists even when an email has not arrived. Sign in at wovett.com and open Orders to look for the purchase.

Missing payment confirmation

Check whether the email entered at checkout is correct, then look in that mailbox's junk or spam folder. An incorrect address or mail filtering are common reasons a confirmation is not visible. If you still cannot find it, ask support@wovett.com or live chat for help.

Waiting for shipment news

We normally need 7-10 business days to prepare an order. Handmade or customized products may require another 7-10 days. Those periods do not include shipping time, so a shipment email is not expected immediately after checkout.

We email you when the order ships and when a delay affects it. The tracking number is usually sent to your registered email within 1-2 business days after successful dispatch. For an order traveling in separate parcels, shipment emails are sent as each package leaves.

If an update is missing

Confirm that you are checking the email account used for the order and review its spam folder. If no related email can be found 15 days after the order was placed, contact the support team. You can also check the shipment directly using your account or the tracking page described in Following an Order with One or More Parcels.

Revise an Order or Address

Contact Wovett as soon as you need to change a paid order. Updates are possible before shipment; after dispatch, order details can no longer be changed.

What can be reviewed

We can usually help with a different item, size, color, style, or model, a shipping-address change, or removal of part of an order. There is no handling fee for a pre-shipment modification, although any product price difference still applies.

Send the request through live chat or support@wovett.com. The preparation clock restarts when the amended details are fully confirmed, so a change can affect your expected arrival date.

Billing information

The billing address defaults to the shipping address. To change it on the checkout page after submitting the order, select "change address" and then "Edit."

If payment has already been made, contact support about either a billing-address or delivery-address update. Delivery details can only be amended before shipment.

If you need to stop the purchase instead

Read Stop an Order Before Shipment for the cancellation procedure. Once an order is traveling, wait for delivery and contact us about a return rather than refusing the parcel.

Stop an Order Before Shipment

First check whether the order has been paid and whether it has already shipped. These determine the next step.

Unpaid orders

An unpaid order is automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 24 hours. You can also remove it yourself: sign in, open My Orders, and choose Cancel Order. The account's order list also provides a "Delete this order" action under My Account > Orders for an unpaid purchase.

Paid but not dispatched

If you have paid and have not received a shipping notification, contact us through live chat or support@wovett.com to request cancellation assistance. Many orders can be canceled before shipment.

Already dispatched

Direct cancellation is no longer available once the order has shipped. Wait for the parcel to arrive, then contact us if you want to request a return under the applicable return policy.

Please accept the delivery. A refused or undelivered parcel may be destroyed by a third-party logistics provider. If delivery fails because of customer actions such as invalid contact details or refusal to receive the package, the handling charge is 60% of the order total, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

An alternative to cancellation

If you only need a different item or an adjustment to the order, contact us before dispatch. A pre-shipment modification usually has no handling fee, but any price difference applies. See Revise an Order or Address.

Cancellation by Wovett

Orders may also be refused or canceled under Website Use and Purchase Terms, including for quantity limits, listing errors, or payment-review concerns. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount is credited to the original payment method.

Delivery Times by Destination

The shipping option displayed at checkout is the service that applies to your order. Use its transit range together with the separate preparation period to plan for delivery.

Transit estimates

United States
- Expedited Express: 10-15 days.
- Standard Shipping: 26-31 days.

Time before the parcel travels

Standard processing is 7-10 business days after payment is completed and verification succeeds. Handmade, hand-painted, or customized products may require an additional 7-10 days as noted in the product description. A confirmed order change restarts processing, and peak holiday periods may extend it.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Understanding the displayed arrival estimate

The estimated delivery date includes both preparation and transport. It is based on normal processing, the selected service, destination, logistics-provider arrangements, and previous shipping experience. It describes when delivery is reasonably expected under standard operating conditions.

Customs clearance, severe weather, international transportation policies, courier interruptions, shipping-network congestion, operational disruptions, and other logistics factors can affect arrival. Limited delays can occur within a reasonable range.

Availability and tracking

Some products are limited to Standard Shipping because of their characteristics, packing requirements, or shipping restrictions. Excluded locations and checkout charges are listed in Understand Your Checkout Total.

After dispatch, use My Account > Orders > Track Order Details to follow progress. Tracking may need time to activate and refresh. If the estimated arrival date has passed, follow the steps in An Order Is Running Late.

Shipping-service conditions may change as logistics arrangements develop. Wovett may update its shipping policies and reserves the right to interpret them. Questions can be sent to support@wovett.com or raised through live chat.

Following an Order with One or More Parcels

You can track a Wovett order from your account or with the email address and order number used at checkout. Guest buyers can use the tracking page too.

Choose a tracking route

- Account: sign in to My Account, choose Orders, locate the item, and open Track Order Details.
- Homepage: choose the Tracking Order entry at the top right on a computer or mobile device. Enter the same email address used for the purchase and the order number from your confirmation email.
- Footer: use the tracking entry at the bottom of the page.
- Direct page: visit https://wovett.com/tracking and enter the order details.

Our dedicated tracking platform provides shipment information through these routes. Contact support@wovett.com or live chat if you have difficulty locating an order.

When a new tracking number looks inactive

The first tracking activity can take 3-5 days to appear after shipment. The next carrier facility needs to receive and scan the parcel before an event can be recorded. If there is still no useful information after that period, contact us.

When an existing record stops changing

International shipments may be between facilities or undergoing customs clearance. During those stages, there may be no new event until the parcel reaches the next station. Carrier scanning and system updates can also lag behind the physical movement of a package. Allow time for the record to refresh, or ask us to help check it.

When one order has several packages

Items can leave different warehouses, a popular item may need longer preparation, or size, weight, customs, and courier rules may require separate packages. Packing and logistics arrangements can also lead to a split shipment.

We notify you in advance when a split is arranged and send an email as each parcel ships. Separate parcels may arrive at different times. No additional shipping fee is charged for splitting the order.

An Order Is Running Late

Start with the estimated delivery date shown on the website for your order. It already includes processing and shipping. If that date has not passed, the purchase may still be within its expected journey.

Check the latest status through My Account > Orders > Track Order Details. If the estimated date has passed without delivery, contact support@wovett.com or live chat so we can investigate.

How delay days are counted

Compensation is measured from the website's estimated delivery date. It applies to delays caused by shipping or logistics, rather than every situation in which a parcel arrives later than expected.

The delay schedule

- Up to 7 days: within the reasonable tolerance; no compensation.
- 8-14 days: a gift.
- 15-21 days: a 5% partial refund of the paid product amount, capped at $20, plus a coupon.
- 22-35 days: a 10% partial refund of the paid product amount, capped at $50, plus a coupon.
- More than 35 days: contact us directly. Compensation may reach 15% of the paid product amount, capped at $100, together with an additional coupon.

What the percentages apply to

The calculation uses the actual amount paid for the product only. Shipping charges, insurance charges, and coupon deductions are excluded from the compensation base.

Circumstances outside delay coverage

Wovett is not responsible for delays caused by a change to shipping or contact details after ordering, a requested change to a product's color, size, model, or variation, or a remote or difficult-to-access destination.

Coverage also excludes an in-time delivery attempt that is missed, rescheduled, or unsuccessful because the address is invalid. Incomplete address details, invalid contact information, failed delivery, and failure to receive the parcel do not qualify for logistics-delay compensation.

If the carrier attempted delivery or returned the package, use Delivery Attempts and a Parcel You Cannot Find or When a Parcel Returns to the Warehouse for the next steps.

Delivery Attempts and a Parcel You Cannot Find

A tracking event can help you choose the right action. Find your shipment number in My Account > Orders > Track Order Details before contacting the carrier.

Marked delivered, but not located

Look in the mailbox, around the front door, and in any safe place where parcels are normally left. Ask family members, the reception desk or building staff, and nearby neighbors whether they received it.

If those checks do not locate the package, contact the shipping company with the tracking number and a valid ID to obtain more delivery details. Then contact support@wovett.com or live chat if you still cannot find it.

An unsuccessful attempt

The recipient may have been unavailable, the address may have been incomplete or incorrect, or the shipping company may have experienced a delay. Contact the carrier directly using the shipment number and valid ID to arrange re-delivery. If you are still unable to receive the package, ask Wovett for assistance.

Shown as returning to sender

Common causes include a wrong or incomplete address, an invalid phone number, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Ask the carrier for the reason for the return, then contact us if further help is needed.

If the package has gone back to the warehouse, follow When a Parcel Returns to the Warehouse. That article explains reshipment, storage, and the charges that may apply where delivery failed because of customer-provided details or missed arrangements.

Please do not refuse a shipment as a way to cancel an order. Refused or undelivered packages can be destroyed by third-party logistics providers.

When a Parcel Returns to the Warehouse

Contact Wovett promptly when you learn that a package has returned because of incorrect or incomplete details, a missed delivery appointment, or the carrier's inability to reach the recipient. There is no fixed reporting deadline for this type of case, but warehouse storage and disposal limits still apply.

Your next option

Once the package is back, we can help arrange shipment to a corrected address or a refund after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Contact support@wovett.com or live chat to discuss the appropriate route.

The warehouse clock

Returned parcels can be stored free for up to 14 days. After that, additional daily storage fees may apply based on the parcel's volume. Long-term storage costs resulting from address or contact problems may be charged to the customer.

If the goods are not reshipped or collected from the warehouse within 30 days after notification, they may be treated as abandoned and disposed of without further notice. No refund is issued for goods abandoned in this way.

Costs of another delivery

Customers may be responsible for re-delivery or reshipment and additional storage costs where the failed delivery resulted from their supplied information or delivery arrangements.

For the first missed-appointment or address-error re-delivery, the charge may be up to 20% of the original order total. If the combined actual re-delivery and storage cost is below 20%, only that actual cost is charged.

For a second or later missed-appointment or address-error re-delivery, both re-delivery and storage charges are based on actual costs incurred.

Large-item appointments

For LTL freight, the carrier contacts you before arrival to arrange an appointment. Keep in contact with the carrier on the scheduled day. A missed appointment results in a re-delivery charge: up to 20% of the original order amount for the first missed appointment and actual costs for subsequent missed appointments.

Refusal or invalid contact details

The cancellation rules separately specify a handling charge of 60% of the order total plus non-refundable shipping costs when delivery fails because of customer actions such as invalid contact information or refusal to accept delivery. Contact us about your specific case so the applicable procedure can be explained.

Check Whether an Item Can Be Returned

The return window belongs to each item, rather than the order as a whole. Count 30 days from that item's actual delivery date on the carrier's official tracking page. If several pieces arrive on different dates, each has its own starting date.

Ordinary returns requested after more than 30 days cannot be accepted under the standard policy. For damage, wrong items, or missing parts, report the problem within seven days instead; use Report a Product or Packing Problem.

Preference-based returns

If you changed your mind or are dissatisfied for a reason unrelated to quality, the product should be unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition. Contact us within the 30-day period and follow Prepare a Change-of-Mind Return.

Items generally excluded

- Clearance and final-sale products.
- Custom-made and made-to-order products.
- Products marked Non-returnable on the product page.
- Products already fully or partly assembled, disassembled, or installed.

Inspect before assembly

Check the item carefully before putting it together. The policy accepts returns when assembly was undertaken only to verify quality, with the circumstances reviewed individually. Contact Wovett first. We may deduct a restocking amount for diminished value if assembly or installation leaves the item damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale.

Authorization is essential

Email support@wovett.com before mailing any return. We review the circumstances, explain the options, and provide authorization and the correct return address. Items sent without approval will not be accepted, will not qualify for a refund, and may be refused by the return center.

Do not use an address from a shipping label or another address displayed on the website as a return destination. Those are not valid return centers. If eligibility is unclear, contact us before taking action.

Outside the reporting period

Although standard deadlines still apply, we can review late reports for possible advice, parts, or other conditional assistance. Available remedies may be more limited after the seven-day problem-reporting period or 30-day preference-return period.

Prepare a Change-of-Mind Return

Begin by emailing support@wovett.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. A non-quality return must be requested within 30 days of the item's carrier-recorded delivery date, and the item should be unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition.

Show the condition at its current unpacking stage

Photos can speed up review, and we may request photos or video to verify condition. Use the stage that matches your item:

- Unopened carton: photograph the outside of the box.
- Box opened, product still inside: leave it inside and photograph the contents.
- Product removed: provide clear full-view photographs or video showing the complete item.

After approval, our team supplies the return authorization, destination, and a detailed checklist of the images or videos required. The checklist can include examples of the necessary files, such as a clear product-tag photograph. Do not dispatch the return before receiving those instructions.

Pack for a safe journey

Use the original packaging wherever possible. If it is missing or unusable, the item must still be secured in suitable protective packaging, and an additional US$59 repackaging fee may apply.

Costs and item value

For a non-quality return, you are responsible for the direct cost of sending the goods back. The policy permits a return shipping and handling charge of up to 20% of the order total.

You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning. Quality-check assembly is reviewed under Check Whether an Item Can Be Returned; a deduction may apply for damage, missing components, or a condition unsuitable for resale resulting from assembly or installation.

After receipt and inspection

We arrange a refund or an exchange according to your preference and the returned item's condition. The reimbursement includes payments received from you, including original delivery costs, except the supplementary cost of a delivery service you selected above the least expensive Standard Shipping option we offered. Applicable return costs and diminished-value deductions remain subject to the rules above.

See Refund Processing and Payment Routes for processing time and when funds appear with your payment provider.

Report a Product or Packing Problem

If a delivered item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Wovett within seven days of the delivery date shown in the carrier's tracking record. Email support@wovett.com or use live chat. Keep all original packaging while we review the issue.

Start with the essentials

Send the order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos or video of both the problem and the condition of the outer packaging. The evidence needed next depends on what went wrong.

Damage or a quality issue

Show the affected area clearly. If multiple pieces are damaged, add one group photograph or one video showing every affected product and issue. Keeping the packaging helps verification, carrier claims, and safe return transport if needed.

Do not commission repairs before receiving written authorization from Wovett. We cannot reimburse a repair service you hired without that approval.

An item that does not match the order

Photograph or film the incorrect product, the outside packaging, and every label on the outer cartons. Keep the wrong item and its packaging until our team confirms what to do. Disposing of it before verification is complete can affect the final refund amount.

Missing pieces, hardware, or another item

Show the package contents and outer packaging, and describe exactly what is absent. For accessories or hardware, remove the included parts and lay them flat together in one photo, following the layout example our team provides. Also photograph the outer carton and shipping label so the missing components can be identified.

Before reporting an entire item missing from an order, check whether it is traveling in a separate parcel using Following an Order with One or More Parcels.

What happens next

Our team reviews the evidence and discusses the available options with you. See Solutions for Arrival Problems for replacement, collection, and refund routes.

If seven days have already passed, contact us anyway. The standard reporting period still applies, and available solutions may be limited, but advice, parts, or other conditional help may remain possible.

Solutions for Arrival Problems

After Wovett reviews an arrival issue, we explain the options appropriate to the case and help you choose a suitable solution. Report it within seven days of the carrier-recorded delivery date and provide the evidence described in Report a Product or Packing Problem.

Damaged or defective goods

Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include free replacement of damaged parts, free shipment of a new product, free replacement with another product of similar value according to your preference, and/or a refund. Your cost for this type of case is 0.

Incorrect goods

Options may include free shipment of the correct parts or correct product, free replacement with another product of similar value based on your preference, free carrier collection of the incorrect item, and/or a refund. Your cost is 0.

After confirming the case, we tell you whether to keep the incorrect item, dispose of it, or hold it for carrier collection. Wait for that instruction before discarding anything.

Missing parts or items

We may arrange free shipment of the missing parts, free shipment of the correct product, free replacement with another product of similar value according to your preference, and/or a refund. Your cost is 0.

Returns and repairs

Retain the original packaging for verification or an authorized return. Our team provides any return authorization and the proper destination; do not send goods to a shipping-label or website address on your own. Repairs require written approval before you engage a service, because unauthorized repair expenses cannot be reimbursed.

These remedies depend on the case reviewed. Refund Processing and Payment Routes explains the payment timeline once a refund is approved. For protection beyond an arrival issue, see Purchase Protection at a Glance or contact support@wovett.com.

Refund Processing and Payment Routes

Once you are eligible for an approved refund, Wovett processes it within 2-4 business days and sends an email notice as soon as possible. Refunds generally go back through the payment method used for the purchase.

The time for funds to appear is separate from our processing time and depends on the payment provider.

PayPal

The refund normally appears in your PayPal account shortly after we complete processing.

Cards and card-based wallets

A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post a refund. This applies to credit/debit cards and card payments made through services including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Airwallex. In some cases it can take one billing cycle to appear on the card statement.

Bank-transfer purchases

If the original payment was a wire or bank transfer, you may choose a refund to a PayPal account or your bank account. For the bank-account route, we need the necessary banking details before processing can start. We process the refund immediately once those details are received. Follow the team's messages and provide the requested information promptly to avoid a delay.

During a return

Please do not open a card chargeback while the return is being handled, as that may delay review and refund processing. A return-related refund is arranged after the goods have been received and inspected where the policy requires it.

If the refund is unusually slow, use live chat or email support@wovett.com for assistance.

Regain Access or Change Your Password

If you cannot sign in, carefully re-enter the registered email and password first. Incorrect login details are the most common cause.

Reset a forgotten password

From the wovett.com homepage, choose Sign in and then Forgot Your Password. Enter the email address registered to your account. Use the link in the reset email to create and save a new password.

If the reset message is not in the inbox, check junk and spam folders. Contact support@wovett.com or live chat if it still does not arrive or if access remains unavailable after the reset.

Change a password while signed in

Open your account and select Edit Password. Enter the new password and save the change.

Keep access secure

Use a complex password or passphrase, avoid reusing it on other websites, and do not share it. Change your email-account password regularly, keep device security updates and anti-virus software current, and sign out after using a shared or public computer.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, limiting access to your device, and activities carried out under your account. Report unexpected account activity promptly to Wovett and to your issuing bank or card company where payment activity is involved.

Update Your Email or Close Your Account

Changing an account email does not require you to create a second account. Sign in, open My Profile, and select Update Email to replace the existing address.

Using a new account instead

If you have no active orders, or all earlier orders have been completed, you may ask customer service to delete the current account and then register again with the new email.

If an order is unfinished, keep its order number and wait until it is completed before requesting removal of the old email account through this route.

Requesting account deletion

Contact support@wovett.com or live chat to ask for deletion. No separate system confirmation is sent after the account is removed.

To check the result, try signing in on the website. A successfully removed account will display: "The Email Address or Password you entered is incorrect." You do not need to contact support again solely to confirm deletion.

Email preferences and personal-data requests

You may unsubscribe from promotional messages separately. Closing an account and requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data are addressed through the support team. Personal Information and Privacy Choices explains identity checks, response timing, and circumstances in which legal requirements may prevent disclosure or deletion of some records.

This policy explains how Wovett collects, uses, safeguards, and shares information, and how you can exercise choices about it. It applies to information about current and former customers that is collected by or supplied to us through our websites and related services, referred to here as the Sites.

By entering or using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use them. Questions and rights requests should be sent to support@wovett.com.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, restrict or object to further processing, or receive your data in a structured, standard format. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority about the processing of your information.

To protect your privacy, we may request details to confirm your identity and entitlement to access the data, and to locate the records concerned. Applicable laws or regulatory requirements may permit or require us to refuse disclosure or deletion of some or all records. We respond within a reasonable period and in any event in less than 30 days. We take reasonable steps to keep personal information accurate, complete, and current.

For promotional email, use the unsubscribe link in the message; it can take up to 10 business days to stop those emails. Information involved in your use of Wovett

We collect information such as your name, billing and delivery addresses, email, telephone or mobile number, credit or debit card number, use of the Sites, and purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your browser or device may also hold information relating to your visit, such as contact and address details, including postal code. Cookies and similar technologies support website functionality and recognition of visit information, including IP-related information. Cookie and Device Preferences explains these technologies.

What we use information for

Information supports purchases, order fulfillment, payments, returns, exchanges, requests for information, and other customer service. It also enables requested services, the administration of contests, sweepstakes and promotions, and communications such as coupons, mobile coupons, newsletters, receipts, emails, and mobile messages about products, services, and offers.

For internal operations, we use information to improve the Sites, mobile experience, and marketing effectiveness, and to carry out research and analysis, including surveys and focus groups. It can also support other business activities described in this policy.

We use information to monitor theft, fraudulent transactions, and other activity affecting customers or Wovett. Legal-compliance purposes include responding to subpoenas and assisting law enforcement.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell or rent personally identifiable customer information. Sharing is limited to the circumstances described here:

- Related businesses: information may be shared within the Wovett group, including subsidiaries and affiliates, which may use it to offer products or services of interest.
- Service providers: companies assisting with printing, email, mobile marketing, logistics, data enhancement, or marketing may receive the information necessary for their tasks. They are not authorized to use information we share for another purpose. Our payment arrangements include Klarna checkout options; relevant service information describes its installment services.
- Legal and protective purposes: we may disclose information when appropriate to meet legal, national-security, or law-enforcement requirements, enforce terms or agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Wovett, customers, or others.
- Your direction: information may be shared when you request or direct us to do so.
- Business transfers: when some or all business assets are sold or transferred, associated customer information generally transfers too. We may retain a copy.

For cross-border transfers of personal information, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms. The processing bases described in this policy include consent where given, contractual necessity such as handling an online payment or delivering a purchase, and legitimate interests as set out here.

Security and safe communication

Our safeguards include technical, administrative, physical, electronic, and procedural measures intended to protect the confidentiality and security of information sent to us. Sites collecting personal or sensitive information use TLS/SSL encryption to protect details such as card numbers, names, and addresses during transmission to us.

Email may be unencrypted and is not a secure means of transmitting card information. We may ask for your name, but never request your password, credit card information, or similar sensitive details by email. Do not respond to an email asking for those details, even when it appears to be from Wovett; phishing messages attempt to obtain information by impersonating a trusted source.

Check your account for unexpected activity and report it immediately to us and your issuing bank or card provider. Keep security updates and anti-virus software current; change email-account passwords regularly; use strong passwords or passphrases; avoid reuse across websites; never share passwords; and sign out after a session, particularly on a public or shared computer.

Children's information

We recognize the particular importance of children's privacy and are committed to compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from anyone under 16 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we learn that an under-16 user supplied information without that consent, we delete it from our records.

Cookies, advertising, and other websites

Cookie and Device Preferences forms part of our explanation of privacy practices. It covers essential functionality, analytics, customization, advertising, social sharing, third-party cookies, cross-device promotions, browser choices, and Do Not Track signals.

The Sites may link to other websites. Review the privacy policy of a site you visit through those links. If you reach Wovett through a link or banner on another site, that referring site may itself collect information about the click; its own policy explains that collection and use.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this statement for new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements, or other reasons. Non-material changes take effect immediately when the updated statement is posted. More significant changes receive a more prominent notice first.

Continued use of our products or services after the revised policy takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using them and contact support@wovett.com to close any account you created.

Cookie Policy

Your browser or device settings let you choose whether cookies can be stored and delete cookies already present. The browser's help function explains how to accept all cookies, receive a notice when one is issued, or refuse them.

Restricting cookies can reduce personalization and affect features or services. In particular, essential functions such as a shopping cart or live chat may not work, and some requests may be impossible to fulfill.

What "cookies" covers here

Cookies are small text files that store information in a browser. They can store and receive identifiers and other information on computers, phones, and other devices. For this statement, the term also includes similar technologies: browser or device storage, device-associated identifiers, and other software.

Wovett uses these technologies to provide, protect, and improve products and services. They can personalize content, deliver and measure advertisements, help us understand browsing behavior, recognize visit information such as IP-related information, support faster site responses, and make the experience safer. The specific cookies depend on the website or service being used.

Functions supported by different cookies

- Essential operation: cookies required to provide the Sites and requested services, including the cart and live chat. Disabling them may prevent us from fulfilling a request.
- Performance and functionality: cookies that record how the Sites are used and remember browsing choices, helping improve usability and optimize the website. This information does not personally identify you. Disabling them may affect features or reduce the support and information available.
- Analytics and customization: aggregate information used to understand service usage, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and customize the Sites. Disabling them may affect features and the support or information we can provide.
- Advertising: browsing and shopping history used to make messages more relevant, avoid repeated ads, display ads correctly, and sometimes select them by interest. We may share this information with third parties to create and deliver personalized advertising. Disabling these cookies may affect certain features or reduce available support and information.
- Social networking: cookies that enable pages or content to be shared through third-party social networks or other websites. These may also serve advertising purposes.

Other parties and cross-device advertising

Third parties may place cookies on our Sites. An e-commerce provider, for example, may use cookies or similar technologies during an online purchase. We may allow third parties to track online activity across other websites or services to deliver targeted advertising, including remarketing for products viewed on Wovett or elsewhere.

Our online advertising arrangements include participation in the Adobe Marketing Cloud Device Cooperative. It is used to understand website and app activity across the devices you use and to provide tailored promotions. Relevant Adobe information explains the arrangement and how preferences can be managed.

Your settings and tracking signals

Under this policy, continued use of the website without changing browser settings is treated as consent to our cookie use and to cookies continuing to download to your device. If cookies are disabled, the Sites may not function in the same way or provide the same personalized experience.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Wovett does not process or respond to those signals; we follow the practices described in Personal Information and Privacy Choices instead.

For privacy questions or help, email support@wovett.com. Review Personal Information and Privacy Choices for the broader collection, sharing, security, rights, and policy-update provisions.

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to wovett.com and the affiliated websites, mobile applications, and related online services within the Wovett network. Visiting, browsing, or using them constitutes acceptance of the terms in full, including when you arrive through a bookmark or direct link.

Website operator

Wovett is operated by NIUYAO LIMITED. References to Wovett, "we," or "us" in these terms identify the website operator.

Website: wovett.com
Company address: UNIT 1406A, 14/F, THE BELGIAN BANK BUILDING, NOS. 721 - 725 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK HONG KONG

This address does not accept product returns. Customer service must authorize a return and provide its destination before an item is sent back.

The posted privacy, pricing, and other site policies also govern use of these services. Personal Information and Privacy Choices, Sharing Reviews and Other Content, and Reporting Content or Brand-Rights Concerns explain related obligations and are to be read with these terms.

Placing a purchase

Customers are charged when an order is placed. Dispatch follows the period shown on the relevant product page or in our shipping policies. If an order cannot ship within 24 hours, the payment is held as a deposit against the goods until shipment.

Not every submitted order can be accepted. Wovett may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion and for any reason. Examples include product or pricing errors, quantity restrictions, fraud or credit-review concerns, and an inability to verify required information. We may request further verification or details before acceptance.

We contact you if more information is needed or all or part of the order is canceled. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the corresponding amount is refunded or credited to the original payment method.

Units, dealers, and quotations

Purchase limits may apply per person, household, account, or order, including purchases associated with the same payment account, email, billing address, or shipping address. When a limit applies, notice may be sent to the customer email and/or billing contact details. Wovett reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. Contact our team for corporate, institutional, or other multi-unit purchases.

A quotation remains valid until its stated expiry date, but quoted pricing may change without notice for changes in specifications, quantity, designs, or delivery schedules; material, supply, or labor costs; foreign or domestic legal requirements; or a clerical error.

Prices and product information

We work to keep listings accurate, but errors in price, product details, or typing can occur. A product's price cannot be confirmed until after an order is placed. If incorrect information or a pricing error affects a listing, Wovett may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Descriptions and other site content are not warranted to be complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If a purchased product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused under the applicable return policy.

We aim to show colors and finishes accurately, but their appearance depends on the monitor, screen settings, and device. We cannot guarantee that a displayed color or finish exactly matches the physical item.

Risk, warranties, and liability

The website and its information, content, materials, merchandise, and products are supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wovett makes no express or implied representation or warranty about the site's operation or its contents. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, including warranties relating to merchandise offered through the site.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or servers and a website free of harmful components. Your use of the site is at your own risk. This disclaimer is an essential part of the agreement and does not limit an applicable manufacturer product warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wovett and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and suppliers are not liable under a theory of law or equity, including contract, tort, or strict liability, for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. In any event, Wovett's liability does not exceed the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wovett and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and partners against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from misuse of the site or breach of these terms. Your obligations regarding claims resulting from submitted content are explained in Sharing Reviews and Other Content.

Governing rules and disputes

For customers in the United Kingdom or European Union member states, the agreement is governed and interpreted under United Kingdom law. For customers elsewhere, it is governed and interpreted under Hong Kong law as applied to agreements entered into and performed there.

Disputes, claims, actions, proceedings, or controversies arising from or relating to these terms or use of the site are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong. Proceedings must be individual and may not be joined, combined, or consolidated with claims or disputes involving other parties.

Accounts and age requirements

Protect your account credentials and restrict access to the computer, phone, or other device used to access the site. You accept responsibility for all activity under your account or password.

Anyone under 16 may use Wovett only with a parent or legal guardian's involvement and consent. Wovett may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Separate age and supervision requirements apply to content submissions.

Permitted website access

Wovett grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial access and use. Apart from ordinary browser page caching, you need express written permission to download, alter, modify, reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit the site or any portion of it.

The license does not permit resale or commercial use of the site or its contents, business use of product listings, descriptions, or prices, derivative use, copying or downloading account information for another merchant, or data mining, robots, scraping, image extraction, or similar information-gathering tools.

No portion of the site may be duplicated, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without written authorization. You may not use framing techniques to enclose brand assets, proprietary information, images, text, page layouts, or forms. Meta tags, hidden text, direct or deep linking, and source-calling that use Wovett's name, trademarks, trade dress, media, or other intellectual property also require express written authorization. Unauthorized use immediately terminates the license or permission granted.

You have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to link to the Wovett homepage, provided the link does not depict Wovett, its affiliates, products, or services falsely, misleadingly, derogatorily, or offensively. A logo, graphic, trademark, or other brand element may not be included in the link without written permission.

If you email a cart, save or share a cart, or receive one saved by our staff, follow-up cart emails may be sent. Unsubscribe using the instructions in those messages.

Intellectual property

Site materials, the compilation and arrangement of content, and associated software are protected intellectual property. Ownership, brand-use restrictions, and the process for a rights complaint are set out in Reporting Content or Brand-Rights Concerns. Reviews and other submissions are governed by Sharing Reviews and Other Content.

Revisions and continuing effect

Wovett may revise or update these terms without advance notice. Continuing to use the website after a revision means you unconditionally accept and are bound by the updated terms. Review them whenever you use the site.

If a provision is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect. Questions about shopping or these terms can be directed to support@wovett.com.

Sharing Reviews and Other Content

Reviews, questions, comments, feedback, suggestions, and other materials can be submitted to Wovett in English. By providing content through the website, app, or another communication, you accept the requirements and permissions below, alongside Website Use and Purchase Terms.

Your permissions to Wovett

For content you post, upload, or otherwise make available, you grant Wovett, its affiliates, and related entities a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license. The license permits use, reproduction, copying, storage, archiving, publication, distribution, public display and performance, modification, adaptation, translation, and creation of derivative works in any form, format, or medium now known or developed later.

These permissions include sharing content across Wovett-related websites, advertising, media, and other channels; making it searchable within the network; placing advertisements near or in connection with it; and using your submitted name, likeness, and other associated information. Wovett and its sublicensees may use the name provided with a submission if they choose.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive moral rights in the content. You also allow Wovett to use materials, information, ideas, concepts, know-how, and techniques in your communications for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, product development, manufacture, and marketing of products or services. These rights do not require further payment or compensation.

What you confirm when submitting

You represent that you are the sole author and owner, or otherwise hold and control the necessary rights to submit the content; that it is accurate; and that its use does not breach this agreement, infringe third-party rights, or injure any person or entity.

You must be at least 18 to submit on your own. If you are between 16 and 18, your submission must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the agreement.

You agree to indemnify Wovett against claims resulting from content you provide.

Content that is not permitted

Do not submit false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material. Viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation or promotion, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, and bulk unsolicited messages are prohibited.

Do not use a false email address, impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent where a submission came from. Content that harasses, degrades, insults, intimidates, or targets an individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability is not allowed.

Wovett may edit or remove content but is not required to do so and does not routinely review every submission.

Personal information and visibility

Do not include your full name or confidential personally identifiable information about yourself or anyone else in public posts. Choosing to share personal information is at your own risk. Wovett is not responsible for losses, damage, or harm resulting from that disclosure.

Content uploaded to our app or site, apart from payment information, may be visible to your team members. You remain responsible for your own data and usage charges.

For a content question, contact support@wovett.com. If the concern involves copyright or trademark rights, use copyright@wovett.com and the instructions in Reporting Content or Brand-Rights Concerns.

Ownership of website materials

Text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, video, downloads, data compilations, software, and other site materials are owned by Wovett or its licensors and content suppliers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the copyright laws applicable in Hong Kong.

Software used in connection with the website belongs to Wovett or its software suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Brand use and permissions

Wovett trademarks, branding, and trade dress may not be used to create confusion, imply an affiliation that does not exist, or support another product or service without prior written permission.
