Start with the estimated delivery date shown on the website for your order. It already includes processing and shipping. If that date has not passed, the purchase may still be within its expected journey.
Check the latest status through My Account > Orders > Track Order Details. If the estimated date has passed without delivery, contact support@wovett.com or live chat so we can investigate.
How delay days are counted
Compensation is measured from the website's estimated delivery date. It applies to delays caused by shipping or logistics, rather than every situation in which a parcel arrives later than expected.
The delay schedule
- Up to 7 days: within the reasonable tolerance; no compensation.
- 8-14 days: a gift.
- 15-21 days: a 5% partial refund of the paid product amount, capped at $20, plus a coupon.
- 22-35 days: a 10% partial refund of the paid product amount, capped at $50, plus a coupon.
- More than 35 days: contact us directly. Compensation may reach 15% of the paid product amount, capped at $100, together with an additional coupon.
What the percentages apply to
The calculation uses the actual amount paid for the product only. Shipping charges, insurance charges, and coupon deductions are excluded from the compensation base.
Circumstances outside delay coverage
Wovett is not responsible for delays caused by a change to shipping or contact details after ordering, a requested change to a product's color, size, model, or variation, or a remote or difficult-to-access destination.
Coverage also excludes an in-time delivery attempt that is missed, rescheduled, or unsuccessful because the address is invalid. Incomplete address details, invalid contact information, failed delivery, and failure to receive the parcel do not qualify for logistics-delay compensation.
If the carrier attempted delivery or returned the package, use Delivery Attempts and a Parcel You Cannot Find or When a Parcel Returns to the Warehouse for the next steps.
