Reviews, questions, comments, feedback, suggestions, and other materials can be submitted to Wovett in English. By providing content through the website, app, or another communication, you accept the requirements and permissions below, alongside Website Use and Purchase Terms.
Your permissions to Wovett
For content you post, upload, or otherwise make available, you grant Wovett, its affiliates, and related entities a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license. The license permits use, reproduction, copying, storage, archiving, publication, distribution, public display and performance, modification, adaptation, translation, and creation of derivative works in any form, format, or medium now known or developed later.
These permissions include sharing content across Wovett-related websites, advertising, media, and other channels; making it searchable within the network; placing advertisements near or in connection with it; and using your submitted name, likeness, and other associated information. Wovett and its sublicensees may use the name provided with a submission if they choose.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive moral rights in the content. You also allow Wovett to use materials, information, ideas, concepts, know-how, and techniques in your communications for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, product development, manufacture, and marketing of products or services. These rights do not require further payment or compensation.
What you confirm when submitting
You represent that you are the sole author and owner, or otherwise hold and control the necessary rights to submit the content; that it is accurate; and that its use does not breach this agreement, infringe third-party rights, or injure any person or entity.
You must be at least 18 to submit on your own. If you are between 16 and 18, your submission must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the agreement.
You agree to indemnify Wovett against claims resulting from content you provide.
Content that is not permitted
Do not submit false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material. Viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation or promotion, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, and bulk unsolicited messages are prohibited.
Do not use a false email address, impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent where a submission came from. Content that harasses, degrades, insults, intimidates, or targets an individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability is not allowed.
Wovett may edit or remove content but is not required to do so and does not routinely review every submission.
Personal information and visibility
Do not include your full name or confidential personally identifiable information about yourself or anyone else in public posts. Choosing to share personal information is at your own risk. Wovett is not responsible for losses, damage, or harm resulting from that disclosure.
Content uploaded to our app or site, apart from payment information, may be visible to your team members. You remain responsible for your own data and usage charges.
